One camera is not in mode settings and is not recording. It disappeared?

I have the system for a while 4 camera's. I had an event i needed to check the library. I noticed one camera is not in mode settings. It is on i can see it . how ever it is not recording and i cant change the mode settings. I have tried the basics powering down the camera and base station. Any Ideas?

Can you tell me how you are trying to change the mode settings?
Are you using the App or web browser?
Have you read the FAQs and it’s not doing what it should?
You need to review the mode’s rules where you can add in cameras and set you desired action.

If you removed and resynced that camera, rules for it are automatically removed from any custom modes and you have to add them back in again. Only the Armed mode will generate a rule for any camera (re)added.
