Hello I recently-purchased the 3 camera set of Arlo Wireless cameras. While the system is armed only two of the three cameras are recording. I have tried to resync the camera and I have taken the battery out for a hard restart but no luck. any thoughts?

Try rebooting the base. What mode are you using - the default Armed mode? Is there a rule in there for the camera? WHen you say you resynced the camera, did you remove it from Settings, My Devices and then resync? If so, the Armed mode should automatically get a rule but a custom mode would need to have the rule re-added.

I had the same problem yesterday, tech support had me plug the charge cord into the camera 1 to 3 ft from base. I then resynked the camera and it worked for me. Good luck!
