One Of My Cameras Is Not Recording Motion

I bought the two camera system, and only one camera records motion. How can the other camera record as well.

In the app, the little running man on the camera that's working should be black (not grey), whats the color of the running man  on the camera that's not working?

It’s grey. The other camera that records is black(running man)

Go into mode, armed, and select that camera.

Make sure that motion is detected and record video is checked.

It says it’s busy, and I can’t click it

Restart your base and log out and back into the app. Also, try a browser.

In addition to what jguerdat said, you can also reset the camera by removing and refitting the battery.
