One Arlo Pro 2 camera will not record/show up on library

I have 3 arlo pro 2 cameras but one camera is not able to write to the library.
It can detect the motion and I get the notification but nothing show up in the library. The other 2 works fine

Hey @tankha,

 

Are you seeing this on both the Arlo app and web client where nothing is showing in the library for that one specific camera?

I check and they are the same on the Web and on my iPhone App. Today I seen intermittent case of some of the files writing to the library but also some cases of getting notifications getting sent but not written to the library. It can not be the signal as I moved the base station close
To camera and the weakest camera is working fine without any issue.

Try to check if the signal strength icon on the app or web is showing three or four bars when it detects motion. If it only shows one or two bars, your camera might go out of range intermittently.
