There is no EMAIL checkbox per the instructions in the PUSH section.  

My Email address is correct.

Was this feature disabled?

Yes, Arlo removed it (for all customers) back in mid-November.

Thank you.  Pretty much renders Arlo useless for me.  Probably requires a subscription and use of a cell 

phone.  Bummer!

I've had my Arlo cameras for many years. Two nights ago our house was broken into and burglarized, and the cameras caught them on video. But because email notifications were disabled last year without telling us, we didn't find out about it until we came home a day later to find our house had been ransacked.

 

I'm done with Arlo. Between this and the 30-second (!) time limit to find my phone and respond to two-factor login authentication, it's clear they don't make decisions with the customer in mind.
