Not allowing person who is granted access to record

So my husband is granted all access to camera but it is not allowing him to hit record when the camera is live

The app will not let the other person I granted access to to record when he goes live on the camera. No record button. And he has full access.

Did you check the box that says "Allow Access Rights" at the bottom of the camera list?
