My account was hacked a year or so ago. The support team used the email that hacker used and just changed the password so I would be able to access the auto see my cameras. Now I have lost the access to my account due to wrong email or password. So, with the changes to the ability to talk to someone and correct this problem, I have three cameras and a doorbell that I can't access, and no way to. I have tried talking to Best buy they have no answer either. Without being able to speak to someone Iam unable to solve this problem.
