I don’t receive notification or videos in library from motion detection. This all started yesterday. Before that every thing worked great! Looking for suggestions. This is what I have done so far in regards to troubleshooting.
1 tried resync cameras, didn’t solve problem.
2 unplugged power to base, didn’t solve problem.
3 did motion test on each camera, blinking light came on for each camera.
IfI bring up cameras on app and tap video button and record video that video will show up in library. Thinking it’s something simple but I just can’t come up with solution.

I solved problem ! System got changed to disarm. I didn’t disarm but thinking we shout off power a few times to house yesterday for remodeling project. Thinking that might have done it ? What matters system is back working again!!
