Using free version. Have always received notifications of movement, and cameras have recorded, and saved. Now we only have access to live cameras. Need help fixing!

Some other users have reported this. They found that removing the cameras and base from the account, doing a paper-clip reset of the base, and adding the equipment back into the account resolved it for them.

Thank you for the advice. I deleted and re-added one camera back to the system and it fixed the problem network wide. I appreciate the help.
