Are you getting recordings? Have you checked the notifications settings in the phone settings for the app? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?

Yep, this has happened to me 2-3 times over the past week. I've found /sometimes/ that simply doing a force stop on the Android app will fix it. Alternatively, changing modes to something else and then back to the intended mode sometimes works too.
