As of June 15, my Arlo system no longer records to the external USB drive. I have lots of memory space remaining, its a 128GB USB that was working and properly formatted. Also as of today, it no longer records to the Base Station either! As per usual, I have changed NOTHING in a prior working system...here we go again, more Arlo mystery BS.

@TheMarty What do you mean as of today it no longer records to base station. The Base station recording is to your USB that you said is not recording since the 15th. Do you mean cloud recordings?

Yes CLOUD recordings stopped after 2:49am and after checking the USB on my laptop, it has no recordings since June 15.

Have you checked your active mode to ensure Disarmed hasn't somehow become active? Also, reboot the base.
