No audio in video and 2 way audio on Arlo Pro 2. Siren doesn't work either.

We purchased The 4 camera Arlo Pro 2 system. The device info for the cameras shows the video audio is on and volume at 100%. I have no audio in the video or 2 way audio. They siren does not work either. I contacted Best Buy and they will not take the system back. Does someone have suggestions on how to get this to work?

Hi jlet2019,

 

Have you tried rebooting your Base Station to see if that helps? Can you not hear the audio from the video through the Arlo app on your phone device and/or your web client on your computer?
