No access to Recognized Devices

I have a new phone and got logged out of account and no longer have access to recognized devices or email. How can I update info and log back in?

BTW Arlo “support” sucks!

Are you saying that you can't log into your email account either?

 

Or do you mean that you can't use email verification on the account?
