Arlo pro 2 cannot remove alerts for a deleted friend

I have deleted friend from my Arlo Pro 2 but they still get all of the alerts, I have changed email address and password but that didn’t help either.Anyone else have this issue?

 I have deleted him off the account but he says he is still getting alerts when there is any motion there.

  No he was removed from the granted access list last year!
