Panel not charging. Spent some 8 hours calling Arlo support - was told by supervisor they would ship a replacement including charging cable however, nothing has arrived. Customer service and support is greatly lacking with this company. I, would not recommend based upon. Tired of calling, and getting misinformation.

Spent 9 hours on the phone over the course of two days, trying to get a replacement for a defective Arlo solar panel charger. I will contact Netgear about. Your customer service help from the Philippines is very, very poor. I can't believe I purchased this system, unbelievably poor customer service and support..
