I went on a vacation recently. To my regret,  I downloaded the new system upgrade on my Arlo app... briefly before leaving the house. As soon as I did that...it erased all my video library history. It was recording videos...until I did it for 7 days. Also, have no access to support anymore. I've been using Arlo system since 2021....for free

Arlo began requiring subscriptions to access support quite a while ago now.

Odd, as we haven't seen that reported here by other users.  Can you confirm the camera model?  Arlo stopped manufacturing the Pro 2 in 2019. 

 

Are you seeing new recordings in "Feed"?  If you livestream a camera, can you make a manual recording?

They are in a different place.

  1. Go to the devices page
  2. Select the base
  3. Press storage settings

You should see them there.

I appreciate the response and do see older videos recorded, but ones recorded yesterday are not showing up.
