New base cannot be found on app when setting up. Shows blue light but cannot be found. Tried reset.

Hey there hoping someone can help who has also had this issue ... been trying to get through to tech support and can’t get through. Anyways I have the Arlo Pro 2 the new model with no off and on button. I haven’t seen a green light come on my base yet only amber and blue not sure if the model has a green light like my old pro? ... I connect my two cables the one to the wifi base and the other being the power cable ... the base has a solid amber , flashing amber and blue light that going on during the app searching for the device but can’t be found. I also tried resetting the base, unplugging and plugging back in etc nothing seems to work?! Please help

When you reset, did you hold the button for >10 seconds until the LED flashed amber?  After you let the base reboot, what color is the LED?
