The app. Recently updated and now it is not storing videos on my older cameras.

1. I have not updated my plan and do not wish to.

2. I have one pro 3 that has always been on a yearly plan and wish to keep that.

3. I have 4 pro 2 cameras that are suppose to get 7 free days of storage and want to keep that.

4. I have a VMB4000r3 base station

The app now states the plan I am on only covers on device.

How do I get access to my free 7 days of recording for my Pro 2 cameras or am I out of luck and they have forced the old cameras out of the environment?

Thanks change the custom modes and established a new automation and it seems to be working now.

You still need that single camera plan for the Pro 3 for cloud recordings so that part is correct.

With the update to the new UI, have you checked your modes and rules in Routines to ensure they are proper? What is your active mode as shown in the Dashboard? Did you use to have custom modes? Those don't transfer although Arlo says they are working on implementing them soon.

The 4 legacy (Pro 2) cameras still have the free 7 day plan. Between your subscription and the free plan you should be getting cloud recordings in Feed as long as your modes are configured correctly and the proper mode is active.
