My system is not recording as long as there is motion - Set at 300 sec

My system is not recording as long as there is motion. I have it set on a schedule. Motion sensor is at 100% and record time is until motion stops or up to 300 secs. How do I fix this?

Start by rebooting the base.

PS...

the "record till motion stops" is as the camera sees motion... many times it will stop early due to not seeing motion... then there is a reset time before another recording will occur.

I always recommend a fix time that wil cover most of the triggers...
