The VMB4000 is a hub, not a camera.
Are you using a PC browser? Or a mobile one?
If you are using a PC browser: Are you using the same account credentials with my.arlo.com that you are using on your phone with the app?

My error, StephenB. VMB4000R3 is in fact the hub.
And you hit the nail on the head......I was using old login credentials for my.arlo.com. Once I used current credentials, everything appears as expected.
Which raises another question. Under support center in my.arlo.com, I'm seeing an old hub from a previous installation. It has not related devices. Is there a way to remove this?

Did you remove it from the account? Or just turn it off?

I thought I removed it, but it may be a duplicate (and earlier) representation of the EV Hub. When I drill down into it (TH Hub) online I don't see any related info.....just a name

I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - as it clearly shouldn't be there.
But I don't think this does any harm, since the device isn't really in the account.
Do you still have the hub? If you do, you could try adding it, and then removing it again.
