My Battery Is No Longer Charging Under Solar Panel

I have an issue with solar panel no longer charging one of my batteries - I have pulled the battery out and put it in another camera , works fine and is charging, - However, the same issue is happening with that camera/solar panel with a different battery that i replaced so I was wondering if it is the cable or the panel itself or has anyone had same problem?

check the port and/or reset the usb cable  into the camera.....

You can test the usb port by attemping to charge with the supplied ac adapter... if it charges, look more to the solar panel for the issue... warranty is a year ( contact Arlo Support )
