Hi All,
Hope your well. For context, i've had my Arlo Pro 2 System for two years now. For the last 4 months, the cameras have stopped recording. Previously, this issue has occurred and I have had to reset the entire system to get this working again.
I have tried this again, and the issue keeps re-appearing.
I have two questions:
1) Has anyone else who has experienced the same issue found a fix and
2) ARLO - Can you please confirm when you will fix this issue. It is totally unacceptable that a security system stops recording. Particularly when I have all cameras connected to power all the time.
