My Arlo pro 2 does not work on motion. and picture is not good

I have 2 arlo pro 2. One of the cameras does not record when there is motion on the screen. The sane can have problem whid the picture(look the photo).
I try to restart that camera already., after restart picture work fin, after 15 min it's same problem with the picture again. what can I do?

Swap cameras around to see if the issue is with the camera or the location.
