My Arlo cameras wont record to my device

My cameras all pass tge motion detection tests and I am able to stream them live on my phone how ever they will not record or save video.

Have you checked your active mode? Have you rebooted the base? Can you manually record when live viewing?

@crustyrusty:  Can you confirm that you have Pro 2 cameras?  Newer cameras require a subscription for cloud storage.
