My Arlo Pro 2 camera will no longer charge after having it less than a year

I have had my Arlo Pro 2 camera for less than one year. I charged it on receiving the product and one other time 4 months ago. I have been trying to charge the camera again for about one week now but it will not charge. The camera will work when plugged in so I don’t believe the cable is the issue. I can never seem to access a live agent for support. What should I do?

You are using the original ac adapter and cable? A normal usb adapter will NOT charge the battery. It requires a qualcom dual voltage type.
If so unplug and wait a few mins and repeat 6x... see below... If battery is drained to low it needs a bit of push to get started
