My cameras work fine, and record, but stopped populating automatically into my library 5 days ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, unplugged the base, "force stop" the app and restarted. I should have FREE cloud storage for 7 days with this system, and have for the last two years. It just suddenly stopped. And why can't I CALL Arlo about this for support since I bought their product? Because I don't PAY them monthly for a subscription! Shame on Arlo. I bought Pro 2 because it comes with FREE cloud storage!!! Corporate GREED.
