My ARLO Pro 2 stopped populating my library 5 days ago.

My cameras work fine, and record, but stopped populating automatically into my library 5 days ago.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, unplugged the base, "force stop" the app and restarted.  I should have FREE cloud storage for 7 days with this system, and have for the last two years.  It just suddenly stopped.  And why can't I CALL Arlo about this for support since I bought their product?  Because I don't PAY them monthly for a subscription! Shame on Arlo.  I bought Pro 2 because it comes with FREE cloud storage!!!  Corporate GREED.

I don’t believe that the 7days free cloud storage feature has stopped since you are able to record live to the library.

Probably all that was required was to pull the batteries on the cameras for 10sec to reset them.

You have a motion detector utility in each camera settings page to check if detecting motion which would prove triggering is working.

Yes, no subscription no support except here from other customers.
