Mute notification isn't working. Hit mute for 30 mins over 18 hours ago but no notification

The new update 2.7.12 with mute notifications for up to 24hrs isn’t working like it should. I hit mute for 30min over 18hrs ago and I’m still not getting notifications on any of my cameras. I have several Pro2, Go cam, and baby monitors. I’ve checked and my push notifications are on and the mute feature is off. Bad update needs fix!!!

Hey adraper12,

 

Try to reboot your Base Station to see if that helps. Also try reinstalling your Arlo app to make sure the notifications are working properly.
