We just moved into a home that had an Arlo setup in place. Previous owners left 4 cameras and base station for us. The cameras ARE hardwired and all outside. I am looking for help.
I have successfully created an account with arlo. However it wasn't syncing to anything so I had to reboot the base. Once I did this, I was able to connect the device, but I think that made me lose the connection to cameras. The base station is the only device that shows up in my account.
Being that the cameras are hardwired (and up about 10' off the ground), how am I supposed to resync them being that the base and router need to be plugged in?
I can see on the bottom of the base that is a VMB4000, should I assume that the cameras are a Pro or Pro 2 version?
I would certainly call Arlo for help, just not finding a customer support number.
Thanks for any help you can provide!

Not sure what you did exactly, but it is possible that the cameras are still connected to the original owner's account. Support should be able to help. But I think you will need to have physical access to the cameras in order to resync them with the base.
The cameras are likely powered through the wiring, but they connect to the base via wifi.
