Motion symbol is grey. Do I need to resync if I power cycle the base?

I have the motion man symbol grey out, and therefore is not recording motion. I read if you recycle the base station, it should fix that problem??

My question is..... if you power cycle the base, do you then have to "sync" all cameras to the base again? or will they automatically sync after the power cycle?

You should not have to re synch

The gray running man may be fixed by power cycling the base but it's more likely that you need to check your modes to see what is selected. You may just have the Disarmed mode in use.
