Mode dissappear from my Android app

The option to select a mode suddenly disappear from the android app. Many other users are posting the same problem and I can't find a proper reply or mitigation plan from the manufacturer.

I hope this is not a trick to make us pay for a subscription when the value proposition when I bought them was no subscription needed to have the free modes. Happy to pay subscription if there is real value on it but not this way.

The mitigation is to remove the base from the account, do a factory reset (paper clip) on the base, and then re-add the base and cameras.

 

The original bug (showed up mid-September) was triggered by re-ordering the cameras on the main screen.

The simplest way to try and get it working is to install the app on a iOS mobile device, if it works then you have proven that the android app is buggy and you have access to your mode again.
