I just setup my 4 camera Arlo2 Pro system. The Mode Function is not working.....just says getting information. I restarted the base with no luck. What is the solution????

We need a lot more information. What are your internet download and upload speeds?

Have you tried to log on using the website?

What mobile device and operating system do you have?

What are the cameras showing on the devices page?

What are the LEDs on the base staion showing?

This problem seems to stem from a firmware update once you set your system up.  You have to remove devices from your app and reset the base station by powering off and pressing the reset button with a pin.  You will then need to start your configuration process all over and synch each camera.  Support advised me to remove and reload the app.  This does nothing since the devices are still loaded on your account.  the old configuration must be removed since the firmware updated.  Modes are working now for me.
