Today a delivered was made to my home. The Arlo camera captured it. I viewed the video on my phone while I was out. When I arrived home I checked for the packages that were left.
1). There were no packages
2). when I checked the Arlo app the video was gone. There was no video showing anyone picking up the packages.
any suggestions or comments? This is very unusual.

It's unlikely but possible that someone has access to your account. Changing the password would be a good idea. Does anyone else have access, either using your credentials or via being granted access? Is it possible you have a filter set in your Library (old UI) or Feed (new UI) so that video is simply not selected?
