I have two Arlo systems one is in Tennessee the others in Florida. They were both working perfectly, but now are not saving any notices on either system. The one in Tennessee has been working perfectly for over four years and the one in Florida has been working three years. About a month ago both systems stopped saving video to their respective base stations. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you confirm that you have Pro 2 cameras? Also what model(s) are your base stations?
