Although my Arlo app is showing sensor was activated 1 hr ago there is no recordings. Has anyone else experienced this and know why? Also I am in Australia but where I can action A call to friend or activate alam is it also suggesting e911? Can this be changed to 000 in Australia ? Thank you

When you mention "my Arlo app is showing sensor was activated 1 hr ago there is no recordings" do you mean a notification was received but no recording in library?

Yes! When I go into app and shows you when last motion (for eg 1 hr ago) detected but when you click on number to bring up recordings there is nothing there to view at that time last recording was say for eg 5hrs ago

Yes I just started having this issue too as of today. It’s been getting worse, the lag time between notifications to the time it shows up in the library, if it shows up. I had three notifications of motion that never showed up in the library. Come in Arlo developers, these same issues have been happening for a long time. A fix once and for all is way overdue. These cost a lot of money and people depend on them as a security device. I will no longer recommend these cameras until fixes are made. Others will do the same. Word of mouth goes along way to keep businesses going, or not.
