Missing 7 days of recordings

Can you tell me why I'm missing this footage? Only realised when I needed to look back on a recording from 3 days ago and it's gone, not just on one particular camera but all of them.

I’m interested to know what time zone you’re in or what country please.

Are you still getting email notifications from the cameras after you noticed the library was empty. If so can you check the time stamp in the email is correct.

Can you check if the videos exist on the backup USB if installed.

I'm in the UK.
I don't opt for email notifications so can't check that.
I do have a USB installed and that too is missing the recordings.

I'll take some of that back....
It has recorded on the USB. Weird why it's not in the cloud.

If it's on the USB drive but not the cloud it sounds like your Internet connection is dropping. Of course, missing videos on the USB drive is a different issue.

There needs to be an easier way to check your backup USB recordings.

It's said that an update later on will allow users to view videos on the microSD card in the Ultra bases. I don't know if this will be expanded to the Pro bases, too.
