My system no longer shows any records. Says to purchase a plan in the feed section.
Can someone please let the team know to fix it again?

I believe you got the 6-pack bundle - which was the exception to the usual 5 camera ceiling. If so, do you have all the cameras in operation?

There's no error message. It just says to buy a plan. And instead of showing recording count numbers next to each camera they're just all zeros and there's nothing since I somehow got it working Saturday briefly. Not really sure what changes because I don't use the system all that often unless there's something I need to check on.

Is this occurring on iOS or Android? Does the web portal on a pc show the same message?

Web login page just gives me a request timed out error when trying to login.

Ok this time it might be due to the armed status somehow getting changed in Saturday. Only seems to want to record any movement when In armed state.

Yes I just realized that now and as I'm a camera only subscriber I don't really have a need for a mode that does that.
