Hi guys, apparently everybody has this problem. 

WHY?!

I just bought it today, installed everything and ... the moment I "click" in my iPhone XS Max on live view it freezes! Sorry, but for this money it's a no go! What is the solution?!

Have you filed a report/complaint with Arlo Support ?

Have you tried to remove & re-install the app? What version of IOS are you running on your Iphone?
