Live feed does not start after tapping arrow button on screen

Used to tap Device when arrow button appeared. Tapping it would start live feed. Charged battery. No more live feed starts after tapping arrow button on screen.

They are having issues today and live streaming is listed so hopefully it is that until it is fixed.

It’s been this way for a week. It’s now sitting on my desk and next step is trash.

Have you rebooted the base and phone as well as reinstalled the app? What about using the web client?

 

I wish I were flush enough with cash to be able to just through a camera away without trying everything to fix it...

I did all that so many times. Nothing works. I researched all solutions for hours. Articles, YouTube and Arlo troubleshooting. Arlo’s customer service is zero help. They want more money to help me. I’m not flush. Either I get a different brand of system or stick with none. Meanwhile this piece of Arlo crap sits there useless.

Arlo doesn't charge for support.  If they are asking to be paid for support, then you are dealing with a scam support site, not Arlo.

Arlo support is a generic list of problems and solutions. None answer specific questions and you can’t talk to a technician for free. I tried.
I’m searching for a different brand of security camera. Tired of trying to get answers to why there is no live feed any longer. Just a wheel turning endlessly on the screen that says “connecting” Used to work but I never liked the constant need to reconnect base and camera every few weeks. This latest problem is a result of trying to pair them for the tenth time. Never happy with Arlo since day 1.

Can you confirm the camera is a pro2 as the later models require subscription.

Do you have access to the camera settings and can adjust them?
