Arlo has fixed a MAJOR flaw that caused me and many others to return their systems: when getting an alert that motion is detected, going to your app to view said event would cause the recording in progress of your evidence to stop. It no longer does this!!! I discovered this after helping set up an Arlo system for a co-worker who asked why I returned my system. I went to demonstrate the flaw and low and behold it didn't do it any more. I have now re-ordered a new Pro 2 system based on this sole issue being fixed. Thank you Arlo for listening (although it did take you a long time). I don't know when or what software update fixed this, but I can't tell you how much it is appreciated.
edit: The only thing that hasn't been fixed still is automatically starting a recording while armed and watching Live View when the system gets triggered. You can still hit record manually but it would be nice not to have to. I can live with that for now, but I couldn't live with the above mentioned flaw.
