Live Stream isn't working Windows 10, multiple browsers

Arlo Pro 2 cameras.  Using multiple browsers (Firefox, Explorer, Edge); Windows 10 on desktop.  Live Stream wouldnt work... would time out.   iOS / iPhone streaming worked.

 

Just found a solution for Windows 10 desktop... I turned VPN OFF (using Norton Secure VPN / Norton 360).     Live streaming started working.  Turned VPN back on and streaming stopped working again.
