Keep reverting back to "Best battery life"

Cameras that are set to "Best video" keep reverting back to "Best battery life". Can anyone help?

Unlike the Mode tab where I recommend using a browser to set things correctly, I'm finding that using the app to set the camera resolution works. Use of a browser to even check that setting seems to cause the setting to revert to Best Battery Life.

Edit: I just saw another thread and the OP stated he had to use a browser to set this properly. Use either the app or browser to check and set the setting and stick with it when it works properly for you. Don't use the other.
