I just purchased the Arlo Pro 2 Camera Pack in Colorado and was very excited to bring back home with me to Cambodia and use it. Super excited about it being wireless and offers cloud storage. The basic plan works fine, but I'm unable to upgrade my plan to the $2.99/month plan. I read that other people are using abroad, but I can't. I go to upgrade subscription, and it just goes back to the previous screen.

It's all about where you install the system, not where you bought it. Cambodia doesn't have the option for additional subscriptions.

I don’t understand why subscriptions aren’t available in other countries. It’s not like I’m trying to watch geoblocked Netflix or something. That’s really frustrating as I can’t have smart notifications or use any of the special features that come with subscriptions now.
