Just Opened and all the battiers blink amber or dead? Says they are supposed to be 100% charged?

Just wondering if Im doing something wrong or they just all came dead and need to be charged? I have tried multiple

times to sync and no blue lights just amber/red.

Attempt to charge the batteries in the camera... it takes aprox 3 hr or so for a full charge

You can also use the ac adapter and sync while it is plugged in
