Hi, I have recently purchased this Arlo Pro 2, 3 camera system and I am having issues getting the cameras to sync with the Base Hub. They will not sync at all. Have tried resetting, disconnecting from the internet, forgetting the hub and starting from scratch, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again on multiple devices. Nothing seems to work. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Make sure you're only briefly pressing the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds. Since you've tried resetting the base, be sure to hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.

Hi which button do I hold on till it goes amber?

The reset button is a hidden one on the base, next to the power button. It's just a little hole that you can stick a paperclip into - you can feel it click when you push it properly.
