Is there anyway to retrieve three month old recordings

Not for cloud recordings.
Pro2 or earlier model cameras only allow free 7days cloud library without subscription plan. You can have 30days or 60days with subscription depending on country it’s used in.

If you’re using a vmb4000 or later Base station and you had a USB backup storage device attached and was large enough then you should be able to eject it and view triggered recordings on a pc.
(The vmb5000 uses a memory card.)
