Is there a buyback or upgrade promotion to Arlo Pro 2

Is there a buyback or upgrade promotion for those of us with the Arlo Pro system?

Yea what a disappointment in having spent $500+ to buy the Arlo Pro system and then they drop this making it irrelevant so quickly. Watch out with this one, 4K will be right around the corner with these guys trying to bait people into upgrading! Next time I'll find a cheaper option. They don't need to last long with the product lifecycles Netgear has going on.

Just like HDTV. Hve you upgraded to 4k HDTV yet? Did Samsung upgrade you?

No, they didn't. But Samsung didn't make those "previous" resolution televisions for only 1 year. This is the equivalent to Samsung announcing 1080p as an awesome tech and then less than a year later being like oh nevermind, we like 4K now...sorry to all you folks that bought 1080p...but you can buy these ones now!
