We noticed that the online camera viewing is working but the recording stop on 13 October 2022, is this due to discontinued free 7 days?

Nope, the old 7 day plan is in effect. You may want to reboot your base, check that the proper active mode is selected and maybe reinsert camera batteries to reset them. There have been other random reports of no recordings, too, so that may be a possibility. Have you tested them yourself to see whether you get recorded? Try different distances from the camera to see how that affects results.
