Greetings All
I've ordered an Arlo Pro 2 camera to add to my old but sufficient Arlo HD.
Just wanted to ask about Arlo Pro 2's length of recording - is it the same as in Arlo HD, i.e. fixed number of seconds, or can it be adjusted to however long motion is taking place.
If it can't record however long motion is taking place, which of the Arlo cameras does that?
Thank you.

You set the recording duration in the rules (btw you can also do this with your existing Arlo HD cameras). https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them
Recording until motion stops is an option (though there is a limit of 300 seconds).

FWIW may be different then the older cams but my Pro3 can record to 120 seconds on a fixed amount of time. I usually use that to avoid gaps in recordings when motion stops briefly.
