Is my camera being used? IR lights went on for a few moment and off and then on again for some secs?

I have a camera in my living room. It was dark and I noticed the infrared lights when on for a moment, off and then on again for some seconds. No one in my house was using it and it was disarmed.
Is there someone spying on me?? O_o

Prob not... maybe a sw update or a reset if power flickered.... have seen it a few times over the years.

( if it had stayed on then maybe 🙂  )

But always a smart move to change PW to a strong one if in doubt.
